This week has been the first week of LOM 50. It has been a very productive week, and I have accomplished more than what I set out to do. I am very happy about that but also very tired after this week. Why is that?
I have only had a few deviations from my planning so far and I think that the reason why I feel very tired is that every part of my day has been planned. I have even gone so far so that I plan that down time that I have in the evenings. This means that I do alot every single day, which is very productive but also very mentally exhausting.
The way to resolve this I think would be to put in a few breathing pauses every day. I can’t have every part of every day planned. I have to have some time ”open”. I think this will make it so much less exhausting for me and I will probably accomplish almost as much because I wont be as tired.
