I was leaving class the other day when I overheard two of my classmates talking, they where saying that they wished they had studied differently for the exam, because now they realized that what they would be tested on was more practical then they had realized, all that theoretical reading they had been doing was a bit of a waste, they should have been practically applying what they had learned right from the start, now they felt like they were behind in their school work.

Their conversation made me realize that by planning my courses, like we had done for this project, I had not only made sure that I started working in time but also that I was actually doing the right kind of work. In preparation for the project we talked to other people who had already taken the courses and heard what they thought was important to remember while studying. In this case I had been told that it made no sense to study the theoretical aspects because the exam would have almost no theoretical questions.

In conclusion, by being prepared for what is coming I not only save time, but also allot of energy!
